GeniusTrade was born in 2008 at an importer who still uses it every day, across the whole flow: RFQs, costing, orders, shipments.
As an importer and designer of non-food supplies for airlines, we used to run our import business on disconnected tools. With GeniusTrade we brought the company's data together on a single platform.

How long does the setup take?
It depends on the volume and complexity of your existing data. We work it out together during the call.
Can we import our Excel files, customers, suppliers and products?
Yes: your existing files are taken over during setup. The exact approach depends on their format and volume.
Can we start with just a few files?
Yes. We usually start with two or three real files, alongside your current data. The rest follows once the team is comfortable.
How many people can work on it?
The whole team: sales, purchasing, logistics, accounting, management. Roles define who sees and who approves what.
Do we have to give up our ERP or accounting software?
No. GeniusTrade covers the import file, from RFQ to P&L. Invoicing and accounting stay in your existing tools, and your data can be exported at any time.
Where is our data hosted?
