AI Connector Terms of Use

The GeniusTrade AI connector (mcp.geniustrade.com) is provided free of charge, as is, by Damien Szczyt — Sole Trader.

Nature of Results

Quote comparisons and calculations of landed cost and margin are indicative. They are based on the data you enter, including the customs duty rate, which the connector does not verify, and on GeniusTrade's exchange rates on the specified date. Verify them before any purchasing or pricing decision.

Liability

GeniusTrade cannot be held responsible for any decision made based on these results. The service may be modified, limited, or interrupted at any time.

Acceptable Use

Do not use the connector to send bulk automated requests or attempt to disrupt its operation.
